摘要
Data are presented on Ni self diffusion in nanocrystalline Ni (293-473 K, tracers method) and Au heterodiffusion in the same Ni (448K, Rutherford back scattering). Interface diffusion parameters were calculated on the assumption that regime C is obtained at T less than or equal to 423K and regime B at T greater than or equal to 448K. The results are discussed within the limits of the proposed cluster diffusion model.
