摘要
This paper continues our investigations published in Paper I, The tidal interaction of stars with a massive black hole after tidal capture is investigated in the framework of the ellipsoidal 'affine' stellar model proposed by Carter and Luminet. We investigate the influence of the orientation of the ellipsoidal stellar model and the influence of the phase and amplitude of the oscillations on the subsequent passages. Finally a parametrization of the probability for a star to lose (or gain) energy during subsequent passages is found for a compressible model.
