摘要
Several methods are discussed of utilizing the persistent acoustoelectric current as a criterion for determining the current density at which the drift velocity is equal to the appropriate piezoelectric sound velocity in semiconductors. Since the sound velocity is well-known, the carrier concentration and mobility can be determined by application of the criterion. © 1969.
