摘要
The electrical and gain characteristics of a uv preionized XeCl rare gas halide laser have been investigated over a laser pressure range of 1 to 6 atmospheres. Values for the small-signal gain as high as 30% per cm have been observed while measurements at high input intensity yielded an approximate value of 250 kW/cm2 for the optical intensity saturation parameter, Is. © 1979.
