摘要
The paper introduces the need for soil protection policies and the importance of standardized soil analytical and descriptive procedures, using examples from The Netherlands and the international Labex programme. The structure and concerns of the International Organization for Standardization Technical Committee on Soil Quality (TC 190) are outlined.
