摘要
The two lowest 3- states in 86Sr exhibit very different decay properties. The lower state, 31-, decays predominantly to the 22+ state whereas the 32- state decays preferentially to the 21+ state. The data suggest that B(E3:31- → 0) is significantly larger than B(E3:32- → 0) so that the 31- state probably arises from octupole vibrations of the nucleus. © 1969.
