摘要
A gradiometer is described which works on the basis of a planar microwave RF superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID). In this type of SQUID, a superconducting half-wavelength stripline resonator serves as the tank circuit, into which the SQUID is integrated. The first results on such gradiometers, fabricated from thin Nb films, with either tunnel junctions or nanobridges as Josephson elements, are presented.
