摘要
Energy transfer from Ce3+ to the Tb3+ ion has been observed in K3La(PO4)2. It is shown that energy migration among the Ce3+ ions is of no consequence as a result of which the transfer characteristics can be described adequately by a single step Ce3+ to Tb3+ energy transfer. The critical distance of this transfer is estimated at 6.5A. A model is used to explain the Ite3+/Ice3+ intensity ratio with increasing Tb3+ concentrations in K3La0.99-xCeo.o1Tbx(PO4)2- copyright. © 1990, The Electrochemical Society, Inc. All rights reserved.
