摘要
The author's work on electrodeposit substructure in relation to the texture is reviewed. Addressed are substructure anisotropy in electrodeposits and the axial and the random components of their texture, periodicity of the substructure with increasing nuclear charge of constituent atoms, regular variation in the substructure with increasing supercooling in the electrodeposition, and occurrence of an amorphous state during electrocrystallization of metals. Inter-relation between the substructure and the texture in electrodeposits, and the influence of structure on electrodeposit properties are also discussed.
