SMALL-ANGLE 2-NEUTRON AND 2-PROTON CORRELATIONS IN 30A MEV HEAVY-ION REACTIONS

摘要
Two-neutron correlations at small relative momentum in Ne-20 + C and Ne-20 + Co reactions at 30A MeV exhibit correlation functions dominated by the attractive final-state interaction. The results are consistent with two-proton data. The data suggest large apparent emission sources for both reactions with contributions from both pre-equilibrium emission and evaporation.
