摘要
Low-energy electron attachment to neutral C(n) clusters (n less-than-or-equal-to 30) has been studied using the Rydberg electron transfer technique. The mass spectra of C(n)- ions obtained suggest that certain carbon clusters (e.g., C5, C-10, C-12, C-16, C18) have much larger low-energy electron attachment cross sections than other clusters.
