2-DIMENSIONAL RESOLUTION OF ISOTROPIC AND ANISOTROPIC CHEMICAL-SHIFTS IN MAGIC ANGLE SPINNING NMR

摘要
We describe a two-dimensional (2D) magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance experiment which yields a complete separation of isotropic and anisotropic chemical shifts. The experiment relies upon the fact that the evolution of magnetization which occurs under the TOSS sequence can be reversed by the application of a "mirror image" sequence. This leads to a 2D spectrum with isotropic and anisotropic shifts in ω2 and isotropic shifts alone in ω1. © 1990.
