摘要
112 hooded rats were given a 10-min feeding test in a nonfeeding-related environment immediately following (1) 0-, 15-, or 60-min exposure to a feeding-related environment, or (2) 2 brief handling experiences. Results indicated that increasing duration of exposure increased amount of consumption and handling increased consumption when handling cues were consistently correlated with feeding during training. It is concluded that the effects of exposure to motivating stimuli accumulate with continued exposure.
