摘要
Changes in ultrasonic velocity and dielectric constant with temperature and frequency in amorphous materials can be explained using the tunneling-states model in the temperature range 0.01 to 20 K, but it is necessary to include explicitly an energy-dependent density of states and a distribution of relaxation times for each tunneling-state energy. © 1979 The American Physical Society.
