摘要
It is shown that acoustoelectric amplification in a piezoelectric semiconductor can be analysed in terms of a modified conductivity, which can be either positive or negative. This approach is especially suitable for application to layered combinations of piezoelectric and semiconducting materials, including the presence of different types of carriers. © 1969, The Institution of Electrical Engineers.
