摘要
Lithium ferrite possesses several attractive features that make it suitable for use in memory cores, microwave devices and cathode materials in lithium batteries. Because of these features, substituted lithium ferrites have become important materials. In this work (Li0.5Fe0.5)1-xCuxFe2O4 ferrites were prepared by a standrad ceramic method. The authors give the compositional variations of the lattice constant, magnetic moment and curie temperature. The long-range ordering and magnetization are mainly dependent on preparation conditions, impurities and impurity phases, and cation migration.
