摘要
α-Ga2O3 activated under hydrogen or under vacuum at 773 K and contacted with hydrogen at 573 K is able to dissociate the hydrogen molecule into H+ and H- species, leading to the formation of Ga+y-H species detected by a v(Ga-H) band at 2020 cm-1 and of the corresponding hydroxyl groups with a v(OH) vibration at 3640 cm-1. These assignments are confirmed by similar experiments performed with deuterium. © 1990.
