摘要：

Experimental results for an absolute grid attenuator over a dynamic range of at least 30 dB, at a wavelength of 337 μm, are given. The attenuation was found to obey a cos4 θ power law. © 1969, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
