摘要：
The Netherlands Society for Endodontology has developed a 5-year plan for continuing education that served as a guideline for two basic courses in endodontology. The 2-day basic course has been attended by over 2000 dentists, and has been very much appreciated according to the evaluation outlined in this article. The development and content of these courses are described. Over the past 10 years it has been shown that there is a high demand for continuing education in endodontology in The Netherlands, and that a properly designed and presented course may be very successful.
