PHOTOCONDUCTIVITY OF PALLADIUM 8-HYDROXY-QUINOLINATE

摘要
The photoconductivity of palladium 8-hydroxy-quinolinate has been measured by the method of illuminating a specimen with two different wavelength lights. Palladium 8-hydroxy-quinolinate shows a main-response of photoconductivity at the wavelength 600~700 mµ and a sub-response at 900~950 mµ. The sub-response is affected by another illumination: the sub-response is increased by the illumination of 500~700 mµ and decreased by the illumination of 700~1200 mµ. It seems that this photoconduction behavior is caused by the trapping of exciton. © 1969, THE PHYSICAL SOCIETY OF JAPAN. All rights reserved.
