摘要
Three C-13-labelled bromoacetates have been reacted both with N-15-labelled and with unlabelled di-tert-butyl imidodicarbonate and the intermediates selectively deprotected to give the corresponding isotopomeric Boc-glycines for application in peptide synthesis. The products were characterized by H-1, C-13 and N-15 NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy. Isotope effects on chemical shifts and IR spectra for this set of compounds are tabulated. In addition, from three isotopomers N-15-labelled amides were also prepared.
