摘要
A quasi regenerative diagram of electrocaloric refrigerator with transparent ferroelectric ceramic as working body is realized. Maximum difference on ends of the working block was equal to 5 K that is 5-6 times bigger than the change of body temperature. Main ways of an experimental model efficiency increase and prognosis parameters of the electrocaloric refrigerators are shown.
