NUMERICAL-SOLUTION OF PARQUET EQUATIONS FOR THE ANDERSON IMPURITY MODEL

摘要
A complete numerical solution of the "basic" parquet equations for the Anderson impurity model is obtained and tested for the first time. The static magnetic susceptibility is computed and compared with Bethe Ansatz results, and quantitative agreement is achieved for intermediate coupling strengths. It is demonstrated that a simplified "pseudopotential parquet" approximation yields a two-particle vertex in nearly quantitative agreement with the full solution throughout a wide temperature range.
