摘要
Procedures for the fast and accurate numerical computation of Fresnel diffraction integrals are developed on the basis of geometrical properties of the Cornu spiral. The methods proposed allow the highly oscillatory integrals in Fresnel diffraction to be approximated by means of three simpler integrals and permit the calculation of these final integrals using analytical formulae.
