A high-temperature superconductor of HgBa2Ca2Cu3O9-x with T(c)>130 K was prepared by the high-pressure technique. The lattice constants of a=3.852 angstrom and c=15.822 angstrom were determined by X-ray powder diffraction measurement, which were somewhat smaller than previously reported values. The T(c) value of the annealed sample was 130.3 K.
