摘要
We have applied flavocytochromes in a continuous synthesis of organic compounds. The removal of the product was accomplished with a membrane reactor without interuption of the synthetic reaction. The prosthetic groups were electrochemically reactivated in a flow cell with water soluble, polymer modified ferrocene derivatives as mediators. Turnover numbers of up to 400,000 were achieved without deactivation of either enzyme or mediator.
