摘要
Human dentine and bovine skin collagens were subjected to partial acid hydrolysis, and the hydrolysates were fractionated in an effort to isolate the fluorescent components. Sufficient amounts of fluorescent fractions were obtained for amino acid analysis. There were no marked differences in chromatographic patterns, nature of fluorescence, or amino acid content between dentine and skin collagen fractions. © 1969.
