摘要
The correct determination of the different parameters of this fast system implies accurate impedance measurements up to 1 MHz at least; we show how such measurements can be performed using a frequency response analyser, associated with a desktop computer, and convenient shaped micro-electrodes. This determination of the different parameters allows us to corroborate and to complete the results obtained by means of pulse methods, and to demonstrate that, in the case of an anodic pretreatment of the electrode, the hydrogen evolution reaction includes an ion + atom recombination step. © 1979.
