摘要：

Prophylactic chemotherapy was used following hysterectomy in patients with stages I and II uterine sarcoma. The outcome in this small group of patients appeared better than in a historical control. The findings suggest that there is a place for prophylactic or adjuvant chemotherapy following total hysterectomy in early-stage uterine sarcoma. © 1979.
