SOME FEATURES OF VIBRATIONAL-SPECTRA OF LI3M2(PO4)3 (M=SC,FE) COMPOUNDS NEAR A SUPERIONIC PHASE-TRANSITION

摘要
Raman and IR spectra of Li3M2(PO4)3-type compounds (M = Sc, Fe) were studied in the 77-670 K temperature range. Bands caused by vibrations of lithium ions have been found. The band frequencies are 510 cm-1 and 505 cm-1 for IR and Raman spectra respectively. In the vicinity of a superionic phase transition these bands are suppressed. It is suggested that this process is caused by lithium ion disordering.
