摘要
The performance of thin-disk transducers using acoustic impedance matching and backing is investigated. Designs of fluid loaded ultrasonic transducers that offer either low transducer loss with 3 dB bandwidth of more than one octave or bandwidths exceeding 2 octaves with higher transducer losses are described.
