摘要
The transmission of Huntington''s chorea is traced through 13 generations from 3 colonial settlers and their wives who came with the John Winthrop fleet from Bures, Suffolk, England, to Massachusetts in 1630. Colonial records show that early members of these families were prosecuted for witchcraft and other misdemeanors, and that their descendants have intermarried freely.
