摘要
1. Frog epidermis protyrosinase was activated by immobilization on Enzacryl AA and CNBractivated Sepharose. 2. The proenzyme immobilized through its tyrosine and lysine residues reached 28% and 19% of soluble enzyme activity, respectively. 3. Fluorescence spectra (ιem), half-inactivation times (t 1 2), pH-activity profile and apparent Michaelis constant (K′m) of immobilized protein were compared with that of the soluble enzyme. 4. The data obtained supported our previous hypothesis that activation mechanism of proenzyme involves a more unfolded conformational state. © 1979.
