摘要
Lipoamide dehydrogenase covalently modified with N-ethyl-N'-(gamma-aminopropyl)-viologen bromide is dip-coated onto a carbon electrode under a Nafion(R) film. This provides a novel system for electroenzymatic regeneration of NADH which can be coupled to NADH-dependent enzyme-catalyzed synthesis.
