摘要
The relaxation time of electrons in very thin films is calculated assuming the electrons are scattered by a screened Coulomb potential. The specific peculiarities of the screening in thin films is taken into account. It is shown that the conductivity may decrease with the film thickness. Comparison with experimental results is made.
