摘要
Refluxing a solution of [Rh(NH3)5(gly-O)]2+ at pH 10 produces [Rh(NH3)5(gly-N)]2+ (glyH = glycine, +NH3CH2CO2-). N-15 NMR spectra of reaction mixtures obtained with either N-14 or N-15 isotopes present in the ammine or glycinate ligands are consistent only with the O- to N-isomerization reaction being intramolecular. The analogous beta-alaninate complex does not isomerize under similar conditions.
