摘要
The rate of hardening in stage IV of [112] copper single crystals deformed in constant-strain-rate tests above 0.5T(M) is described (T(M) is the melting temperature). The temperature and strain rate dependence of the characteristic parameters is given; this yields an empirical equation that describes satisfactorily the rate of hardening and consequently the stress strain curve in stage IV as a function of the deformation conditions.
