Thermally Stimulated Emission from Traps and Related Problems in SnO2 Monocrystals

摘要
A study of the electrical properties of SnO2 single crystals is presented, using usual isolator techniques. Thermally stimulated current measurement leads to the determination of five trap levels in the forbidden band. It is also shown that increasing heating rate leads to thermoluminescence emission. The problem of the "resistive peel" is discussed in connection with the measurement of nonlinear I-U characteristics.
