DIPOLE MOMENTS OF SULFIDES OF PB SN AND SI FROM STARK EFFECT MEASUREMENTS

摘要
The Stark components of some microwave rotational transitions of the sulfides of lead, tin, and silicon were studied in the frequency region 20-36 GHz at temperatures ranging from 680 to 800°C, and the dipole moments were determined (Debye): μ(PbS) = 4.02 ± 0.10; μ(SnS) = 3.38 ± 0.07; μ(SiS) = 1.74 ± 0.07. © 1969.
