摘要：

A method is described for the rapid determination of vitamin E in vitamin-concentrates, -premixes and mineral supplements. After saponification of the sample, the vitamin is extracted with petroleum-ether. In this extract the vitamin E ist determined spectrophotometrically by HPLC without any further clean-up. © 1978 J.
