摘要
Crystals of the Nd2-xCexCuO4 have been grown by a self flux technique. The maximum size of these crystals was 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm3. The crystal quality was determined by X-ray topography, Raman scattering and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX).
