摘要
Besides the stimulating effect of trypsinized soybean glycinin acidic subunit A1a on insulin-mediated antilipolysis, the trypsinized A1a was found to enhance insulin-mediated glucose transport and lipogenesis in the presence of cAMP stimulators such as isoproterenol and 1-methyl-3-isobutylxanthine in isolated rat adipocytes. Furthermore, it was indicated that insulin and the cAMP stimulators, which generally exert counter-regulatory effects, act synerigistically on the in vitro lipogenesis.
