The Baksan experiment on the search of stellar core collapse neutrino bursts is described. The search range of the telescope is approximately 20 Kpc. No signals which can be interpreted as a nu(e)BAR burst were found during the total observational time of 11.63 effective live years (June 30, 1980 - August 31, 1993). A 90% C.L.upper limit to the collapse rate is placed at a level of < 0.198 year
