NEW METHODS FOR DETERMINING ELECTRON TRAP PARAMETERS FROM THERMOLUMINESCENT OR CONDUCTIVITY GLOW CURVES

摘要
A method of calculating electron or hole trap parameters from the inflection points and maxima of thermoluminescent or conductivity glow curves is described. Equations appropriate to simple theoretical models are discussed. Computer calculations are described in which initial rise data is used to calculate trap parameters from equations which are exact for a specific model. As a consequence, restrictions usually applied to initial rise data are reduced. The effect of temperature gradients on glow curve analysis is discussed. © 1969.
