摘要
This paper investigates the advantages of combining the sensitivity analysis method of parameter estimation with a new computational method for the solution of systems of ordinary differential equations. It is shown that the new method allows one to take advantage of the fact that the sensitivity equations have the same structure as the model equations. © 1979 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
