摘要
Neutron inelastic scattering methods are used to demonstrate the close connection between the antiferroelectric phase transition at 110°K in SrTiO3 and the temperature dependence of the triply degenerate Γ25 mode of vibration of wave vector q = (2π/a) (0.5, 0.5, 0.5). The results underline the importance of such methods for studying antiferroelectric transitions as well as the ferroelectric transitions previously investigated. © 1969.
