摘要：

The sensitivity and the stability of the method for fluorimetric estimation of homovanillic acid have been improved by the introduction of additional washings during the ion-exchange purification and by the utilization of an ethanol-water mixture for the formation of the fluorophore. Applied to the serum, the method has given a mean value of 160 ng/ml (extremes 48 and 290 ng/ml). © 1969.
