摘要：

We have designed and constructed a series of plasmid vectors based on pBlueScript, where additional restriction sites have been incorporated into the Sst I and Kpn I sites. These sites, of enzymes that cut only rarely, permit expression cassettes constructs to be easily excised and multimerized with others.
