摘要
This paper deals with scheduling of thermal generating units to meet the requirements of the 1990 amendments to the Clean Air Act. Unit models for both startup and operation are presented. A set of dispatching algorithms is included along with a solution algorithm. Finally, a small test system is analyzed. The major contributions of this paper are the startup models and the constrained emission dispatch solution algorithm presented.
