摘要
Semiclassical path-integral methods are applied to the quantum-mechanical double-well potential at finite temperature. When all parameters are fixed and 0 the quantum tunneling transitions which maintain the symmetry at zero temperature are absent. Classical thermal fluctuations, however, give transitions which partially disorder the system. © 1979 The American Physical Society.
